The stresses of life

So this week was my craziest week so far this semester--well, its not over yet. I still have to finish an online midterm this weekend and I have a final for my block class this Monday. But I had 2-3 papers due last week, and another midterm, and I worked more hours than I have in the past. Lots of stress. Thankfully, studying pays off. Yesterday I got a 100% on my New Testament midterm! I was so so excited. I studied really hard. So that stress is gone, but I still have some left (well, at least till Monday ends).

Now for the more exciting stress. I recently decided I wanted to get my haircut..and like, different. Not just shorter. This is how my hair has looked for the past year and a half or more (basically I never do much to change my hair):

Anyway, so I went to the Paul Mitchell school to get my haircut. I like that they have people "watching" or making sure they do things right. It made me feel better about making a change. I went in really nervous but the girl who cut my hair was great. She was so fun to talk to and made me feel less nervous. So I got my hair cut...3 or so inches off, layers, tapered, and side bangs. That was the huge thing. I haven't had bangs since 6th grade when they were the straight across bangs that everyone had then.

So I'm a fan of the haircut. I'm just getting used to my shorter hair and the bangs. It's fun. :)
