we got a christmas tree, we got a christmas tree, we got a christmas tree, hey hey hey hey!

As you can tell, I'm excited about our christmas tree. Here is a picture and a video of our christmas tree. The reason I have a video is because our christmas tree is one of those fiber optic ones. The branches are partly these ones that light up different colors, and it's pretty darn cool. I have cute little ornaments too (my mom sent them to me freshman year). Anyway, I hope you can see how cool my tree is from the video [well, it's cool for a college student].

By the way, this was my first time using a video on blogger, so you should all be proud.
Now for an update of my life....

Let's go back to October 31st, halloween night. It was pretty fun. I basically party hopped all night. I went to a friend's ward halloween party, went to a friend's party at their house, then went to my next door neighbor's halloween party, and then went to my cousin Lissa and her husband Severin's party. All of them were very fun. It was definitely a good halloween (even though I couldn't come up with a good costume so I ended up changing from ridiculous thing to ridiculous thing--sometimes I didn't even know what I was supposed to be--between parties).

Then November. Um, November flew by. Really fast. For thanksgiving, I went home with my friend Bethany. She's a mathed major too. She lives up in Kaysville, Utah. It was so much fun to spend time with her family. We got along great and I really enjoyed being there. I was really productive with homework and yet I was able to relax a ton. It was just a perfect balance of everything (including delicious food). On black friday, we got up at 4:15 AM and went shopping. It was insane. The line at Target basically circled the building. But no one was trampled or died at any of the stores I went to, which was good. People were basically calm...atleast for black friday. Anyway, thanksgiving was GREAT.

Now it is Christmas time and I am very excited. Christmas time is the best time ever. Not only because it's Christmas, but because I get to see my family (yay yay!), I am going to California, I'm going to turn 21 soon, and finals will be over in less than 2 weeks. There is so much happiness I can barely handle it. Well, it's good to have so many happy things to look forward to as I try to get through the last week of classes and endless studying for exams. Eww. I'm excited for some of my classes to end, but I'm really going to miss some others. My favorite class is my "teaching with technology" class. My professor is fantastic and I've learned so much (even though it's been a very demanding class and very difficult). I actually have all my assignments posted on the web--if you want to check out my website, its sites.google.com/site/natlovesmath.

Hope everyone is having a spectacular christmas season!
